Activating the mobile banking app
Access to our mobile banking app is password-protected. To gain access to your accounts and deposits anytime, anywhere, you must also activate your mobile device one time.
Here you can activate or deactivate access to the app and manage your mobile banking password, authorization for transactions and your mobile device.
Mobile banking password
Please observe the following requirements when choosing your mobile banking password:
- at least 6 characters;
- at least 1 letter and 1 number:
- differentiation is made between uppercase and lowercase spelling;
- your current e-banking password may not be used.
If you have forgotten your password, you can define a new one here. If your access has been blocked, please contact our e-banking customer service to have it unblocked.
Define for yourself whether you wish to execute transactions with the mobile banking app or if you would only like to query your financial data. By allowing transactions you are able to use the following functions:
- Scan payment slips
- Pay e-bills
- Enter payments and account transfers
- Edit or delete pending payments
- Enter and edit standing orders
- Issue stock exchange purchases and sales orders
- Retract pending orders
Manage mobile devices
To gain access to the banking services offered through the mobile banking app you must authorize your mobile device one time for access. You can authorize multiple devices for use of the app and also remove devices that are no longer used. For example, if you change your phone you must once again authorize the new device for access. Then you can delete the authorization for the old phone.
If your mobile device has been stolen, you should immediately delete the authorization for that device. If you do not have access to the e-banking system at the time, you can contact our e-banking customer service for assistance.
